Free Shipping on Every Order

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. The cost of shipping is included in every product price — you will never see a shipping charge added at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 15 business days from the date of shipment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak shipping periods. We appreciate your patience.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During high-volume periods such as sales events and holidays, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress through the carrier’s website.

Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier’s system to reflect your shipment’s status.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you have a question about delivery to a specific location, please contact us before placing your order.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact our support team and we will investigate immediately. In cases of confirmed loss, we will either resend your order or issue a full refund — your choice.
